JAHG-USA:
Newsletter of Judaic Theocracy
Week of 15 Sivan, 5766 / June 11, 2006
Editor: Boruch (Bryan) Ellison
" Do not imagine to yourself that you will be spared [by being] in the King's house more than all the other Jews. For if you will indeed be silent now, relief and rescue will rise up for the Jews from elsewhere, while you and the house of your father will be wiped out ".
Mordechai speaking to Esther, when she hesitated to risk her life in saving the Jews from their enemies (Esther 4:13-14).
(What will then happen to those who don't participate in the PLO-defunding campaign to save lives from terrorism? The PLO will ultimately be destroyed, with or without your participation )
"Issues of World War III" Survey
"How should Mexicans vote in the upcoming Mexican presidential election?" Mexico is one of America's two immediate neighbors, an unstable nation of over 100 million people whose problems directly affect the U.S. Yet the response to this question plummeted to the lowest levels ever, and what little we did get, represented uncertainty strictly in the "other" category. Apparently few (outside of Mexicans) follow anything going on right next door, and therefore no one had any idea how to respond. That's dangerous, especially for America.
Factual Background:
Three major parties are contending for the Mexican presidency next month:
1) The Institional Revolution Party (PRI) was the overwhelmingly dominant ruler of Mexican politics from 1929 until 2000. But now it's the dark horse, with little chance of seizing full power anytime soon, although it continues to run much of the political system at the local level. It was founded when overt Communists loyal to the Russian Bolsheviks were controlling the Mexican government, banning religious meetings and practices, turning public schools into Marxist indoctrination centers, destroying the economy through socialism and land collectivization, and conducting ruthless mass murder against tens of thousands of peasant farmers. For a time, during the 1920s and 1930s, Mexico tottered on the brink of plunging into full Communism, and the PRI was established to carry out the aim of creating a Soviet People's Republic of Mexico.
The nation slowly pulled back from the edge of disaster, although it never recovered from the scars and ongoing damage of Marxism, as evidenced by its enormous poverty and millions of refugees today. Gradually the PRI became filled with politicians and bureaucrats more intent on protecting their careers than on selflessly promoting nihilism. So Communist control over the PRI remains tight, but as an organization, it has become too large to do more than promote Marxism gradually rather than through tumultuous revolution.
2) The Democratic Revolution Party (PRD) was founded in 1989 by Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas, son of Lazaro Cardenas, a Communist who helped found and lead the PRI back in the 1930s. Like his father, Cuauhtemoc is a flaming Marxist, and his PRD serves as a substitute for the small Mexican Communist Party (PCM), which turned into a military organization that led guerrilla warfare and terrorism in the 1970s but was largedly defeated. The PRD takes the hard Marxist line all the way, much like the PRI used to do. But the PRD doubles as a paramilitary organization, being involved with the Zapatista terrorists in southern Mexico, as well as violently seizing control of towns and participating in firebombings and riots, including attacks on police. This year, the PRD is in a close race, nearly tied for the presidency (apparently through a great deal of behind-the-scenes corruption, some of which has surfaced and tainted its presidential candidate, Lopez Obrador).
3) The National Action Party (PAN) postures as the more conservative choice, and thus it won the Mexican presidency six years ago, being the first party in over 70 years to defeat the PRI. Mexicans are growing sick of Marxist socialism that eats away at their economy and leaves the masses impoverished and starving, and which allows the drug trade, gang violence, and terrorism to flourish. But the Communists had no intention of allowing a genuine conservative alternative to elbow its way into a system they control, so they promptly infiltrated and took control of the PAN.
Current Mexican President Vicente Fox, the PAN leader, came from the Marxist Left, not the conservative right. His campaign was backed by various Communists and their radical allies, including none other than the PRD's Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas! In fact, Fox was described by Marxists as being further to the Left than Cárdenas, despite his conservative reputation. Upon entering office, Fox brought "former" Communists into his administration, notably including ultra-Marxist Jorge Castaneda as foreign minister. During his term in office, Fox has politically assisted the Zapatista terrorists and other revolutionaries while prosecuting police officers for the "crime" of killing Communists and saving Mexico. He has also maintained the corrosive socialism, raising taxes and nationalizing companies while refusing to privatize other ones.
Still, because Mexicans are demanding conservatism, Fox has been constrained from advancing Marxism, and therefore Mexico has been relatively stable in recent years. Mostly he has protected the past Marxist destruction from being rolled back. More of the same can be expected of his successor.
Bottom line: The Mexican system is under such a tight grip by Communist agents that Mexicans have no real chance of changing anything politically, at least under present conditions.
Relevant Torah Principles:
1) Under the Noahide commandment of upholding justice, a government is empowered and mandated by Torah to fight wars against its enemies, foreign or domestic. This includes pre-emptive wars to strike at an advancing enemy before he can do serious damage.
2) The Noahide Laws more generally require any measures that promote civilization. The Lubavitcher Rebbe has explained that this principle includes the obligation to give tzedaka (charitable contributions); for Jews, this is a separate commandment and a far-reaching duty, whereas for gentiles it is optional unless it is needed for maintaining social order and civilization, in which case it is obligatory for gentiles as well.
Analysis:
Mexico remains perilously close to disaster, and Mexicans themselves are essentially helpless to do anything but flee. If Mexico collapses into Communist revolution, it will be both a humanitarian disaster (millions of Mexicans murdered in concentration camps, etc.) and a political disaster for the U.S. (millions of refugees all at once, and Soviet or Red Chinese military divisions on our southern border, bringing with them tactical nuclear weapons).
So Americans have no choice. We must all get involved in freeing Mexico from the grip of its Marxist rulers and repair its economy, helping it become a prosperous, capitalistic, industrial nation. That would solve the problems of Mexicans and Americans simultaneously, and therefore the Torah requires it.
As individuals (particularly in the southwestern U.S.), we have a special opportunity to influence Mexicans toward Torah theocracy, including organizing anti-Communist movements: Millions of them now live here. And the Mexican government has recently extended the voting privilege to Mexicans in the U.S., so our influence over Mexicans here has a ripple effect back in Mexico. In other words, we are required by Torah to drop other less important activities and make time (and money) for efforts to educate Mexicans, both those who can speak English and those who cannot. This is a high priority, for America's survival depends on it.
And because it's fulfilling
And now for this week's survey question:
| Several countries, including the U.S. and Israel, have recently experienced massive electrical power shortages. What can be done to prevent this in the future?
(1) Promote efforts to conserve energy consumption.

Subversion Alert
This week:
More breaking news on the phony "Sanhedrin's" retreat
As rabbis defect from the Moscow-controlled "Sanhedrin" and opposition mounts, agents of the Communist-front Root & Branch Association (
On Monday, Jack Saunders, a member of the "Sanhedrin's" bogus "Noahide Council," publicly announced he was resigning the Council amid the growing controversy regarding
The fact that two hand-picked members of the bogus "Noahide Council" would choose to publicize the Council's collapse is odd; the fact that both are also close affiliates of
But the Communist control of the "Sanhedrin" remains completely intact, even if
The recent departure of Soviet Russian agent Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz from the "Sanhedrin's" official leadership (to save his reputation, in case the "Sanhedrin" sinks completely) and of Saunders (a last-ditch effort to save the "Sanhedrin") means the Communists are quickly trying to re-arrange the pieces on the chessboard to see if something can be salvaged. But every Communist agent who leaves is replaced by others. The bogus "Sanhedrin" remains tightly under Moscow's control and cannot be reformed.
(Note: The underground Communist apparatus and its aboveground tentacles are actively engaged in subversion in all sectors and institutions of society today. Its agents would dearly love to know the full extent of our information, which would assist their disinformation efforts. Consequently, we do not divulge all our facts or sources. These profiles are intended only as a warning to the wise to monitor the individuals and groups exposed here, and to avoid their influence.)
THE HALL OF SHAME
Have Some Jewish Leaders Betrayed the Torah?
This week's example:
Rabbi David Zwiebel, legal division, Agudas Israel of America, Brooklyn, NY
Rabbi Zwiebel was shown our PLO-defunding Proclamation last September 18th. Of all the "refuseniks" we have dealt with, Zwiebel was probably the most clear and straightforward in his response: "No." Just that, nothing more. He was abrupt and wouldn't even give the slightest explanation to our volunteer.
You have to give him credit for brutal honesty. He didn't try the least bit to evade or to invent lame excuses.
Or, since he was blunt, we might as well be, too: He had no shame. No conscience of any kind for the thousands of victims of PLO terrorism, nor any concern for the millions of lives at stake in the coming second Holocaust. Just "no," and back to 'business as usual.' Even the fact that dozens of rabbis had endorsed didn't sway him in the least.
As head of the legal division for a leading Jewish organization, Zwiebel sets a horrifying example of flat-out, cold-blooded abandonment of the Jewish people by a so-called "orthodox rabbi," no less! Just imagine his future shame when he finally realizes he personally contributed to the deaths of millions, a crime for which he will be held supremely accountable by his Creator.
Taking advantage of American apathy, the Bush Administration is still funding the escalating PLO war against Israel, Arabs, and America. Here are your tax dollars at work over the last week:
This week's casualty count (not counting dead & injured terrorists):
Do you find yourself confused by misleading news reports, in Arutz Sheva and other agencies, about a so-called "fight" between PLO and Hamas militias? This week, the major groups of the PLO Fatah (Arafat's group, now headed by Abbas) and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP, the largest overtly Marxist-Leninist PLO wing) are meeting together with Hamas (officially not a PLO group, but receives PLO funding) in Damascus, the capital of Communist Syria. The meeting aims at nothing less than an official restructuring of the PLO, which could possibly include bringing Hamas officially into the PLO as a constituent group.
It makes sense for the meeting to take place in Syria, which channels Soviet Russian support and orders to all three groups. That would also explain the ambitious agenda. When the Soviet masters bark orders, their PLO and Hamas puppets come running obediently.
That shows that any PLO-Hamas "fighting," most of which is anyway pure fiction devised by both groups, represents nothing more than cover for a scheme to officially legitimize Hamas to the U.S. while providing an excuse for more aid to the PLO.

AND THE HALL OF FAME
Many Jewish Leaders Are Helping the JAHG-USA Campaign
This week's examples:
Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein, Chabad House, Poway, CA;
Rabbi Dr. Joseph Rosenbluh, Young Israel of Vanderveer Park, Brooklyn, NY; and
Rabbi Lev Cotlar, Yeshiva Darchai Menachem, Brooklyn, NY
Rabbi Goldstein saw the PLO-defunding Proclamation last August 29th and signed unhesitatingly. He thus became the second Chabad rabbi in California to endorse the campaign, helping to spark a reversal of the "refusenik" policy of the head Chabad representative for California, Rabbi Boruch S. Cunin, who to this day continues to avoid the campaign (having previously fought against it behind the scenes). But after Rabbi Goldstein signed, we began receiving several more "defections" from the California camp. Rabbi Goldstein himself runs a Chabad House synagogue in the S. Diego area of southern California, along with an afternoon Hebrew school for Jewish youngsters in public schools.
Rabbi Rosenbluh signed the Proclamation when it was presented to him on September 14th. He runs his own (non-Hasidic) Young Israel synagogue, but as it is relatively inactive (only open on certain holidays), he usually attends another synagogue. The rabbi is also an officer (the Recording Secretary) of the Vaad HaRabonim of Flatbush, the official council of orthodox rabbis for that heavily Jewish area of Brooklyn. Rabbi Rosenbluh is an ardent supporter of Israel who has previously helped the PLO-defunding campaign in various ways.
Rabbi Cotlar signed the Proclamation on September 21st, having seen it for the first time. He is a teacher in a Lubavitch yeshiva for under-performing students, and thus joins dozens of teachers in other yeshivas in declaring that everyone is obligated to participate in the PLO-defunding campaign.

Letters to the Editor
NOTE: We're still working our way through a long list of letters that have arrived in recent weeks. If you've sent us a question or comment, please be patient; we hope to get to it in the coming weeks.
(In response to our May 14th issue, where we discussed the concept of teshuvah/repentance and the Noahide Laws):
"I enjoy reading your newsletter and find that I generally agree with your comments. I am not a Jew, but very supportive of Israel. Could you please point me to the explanation of the Noahide Laws in the Scriptures? Thank you." RLM.
Our response: Although the only commandment listed in the Bible as having been given to Adam (the first man) was not to eat the forbidden fruit, the Biblical text clearly implies there was some body of pre-Jewish Law given by
It is only when Noah leaves the ark after the flood that the Biblical text finally makes some direct statement of this previously unnamed body of commandments (Gen. 8:20-9:17). There an "eternal covenant" is repeatedly mentioned;
Those are four of the Seven Noahide Laws; the other three were only hinted. The prohibition against stealing is implied by the fact that the human race was destroyed by a flood primarily for the sin of robbery (Gen. 6:11); the prohbitions against idolatry (worship of false gods) and blasphemy (against
The Noahide Laws, though officially seven in number, actually encompass hundreds of parallel Jewish commandments and many thousands of specific rules and details. A few of these are likewise alluded to in Scripture: Gentiles are forbidden to rest on the Sabbath (Gen. 8:22), gentiles must do teshuvah (repentance/return) for their sins by returning to the Law (the entire book of Jonah discusses this), the mission of gentiles under the Law is to populate and develop the physical world (Isaiah 45:18), etc.
But just as we can see many hints and allusions to the Noahide Law in Scripture, we can likewise see that Scripture definitely does not discuss the details. So where does a gentile find out the particulars of
The content of the Noahide Laws is taught explicitly only in the Spoken Word of
That's why Jewish sage Maimonides mentions the requirement that gentiles accept the Noahide Laws on the basis of the oral tradition given by
