Newsletter of Judaic Theocracy
Week of 7 Cheshvan, 5767 / October 29, 2006
Editor: Boruch (Bryan) Ellison
New Schedule for this Newsletter:
JAHG-USA and ATTAC Report are going through a temporary transition period while we restructure to launch new projects and activities. So for at least the next few months, the JAHG-USA newsletter will have to be published bi-weekly, rather than every week as we have done for nearly two years. This will allow us the time to get things established on the right footing.
"Issues of World War III" Survey
"Will the wall between the West Bank and the rest of Israel help protect against terrorism?" Interestingly, everyone who responded considered the separation barrier being built by Israel to be serving the interests of Israel's enemies, not of Israel itself. But there were hardly any additional comments.
After much noisy debate, the Sharon government of Israel managed to implement a plan to build a tall concrete barrier hundreds of miles long to separate the West Bank from the rest of Israel. Sharon justified the wall by arguing it would protect Israel from terrorists who could no longer sneak across the "border." Opponents noted that that wall, by separating the West Bank from the rest of Israel, would effectively designate the West Bank as a PLO state and provide it political legitimacy.
The PLO itself made clear it had no fundamental objections to the wall, and that it actually supported the idea as a way of helping create a PLO state.
The essential problem is that the PLO's main threat to Israel doesn't come from individual terrorists slipping into cities to conduct single attacks. Such strikes are merely tactical preludes of what is to come.
The PLO's real strategy was formulated by the Soviet KGB in the early 1970s and officially adopted by PLO leaders in secret meetings in 1974. As subsequently admitted by all factions of the PLO, their common objective has been a two-phase plan for Israel's destruction; stage one would involve creating a PLO state on whatever territory that could be wrested from Israeli control, and stage two would see the introduction of advanced Soviet military forces that would launch all-out war with a blitzkrieg strike deep into the heart of Israel shortly before annihilating the Jewish state and its citizens.
In previous wars against Israel, Communist armies supplied with Soviet weapons were defeated largely because they had to attack from further away. The phased plan was the only practical way of bringing massive Communist Bloc armies close to Israel's most vital centers in preparation for the final attack.
The two-phase plan remains the official PLO strategy to this day. And now, even while PLO leaders negotiate to gain full control of the West Bank as part of phase one, their Soviet Russian masters are impatiently beginning the massive armament for phase two.
Hezbollah, a PLO front group thoroughly controlled by the Soviet Russian KGB, is being turned into a world-class military force along Israel's northern border. It still retains the great majority of its 10,000 or more missiles that it has had since before the recent war in Lebanon, and already the Soviets have resumed Hezbollah's supply and buildup through Communist Syria. Most of the anti-tank missiles Hezbollah used against the Israelis were Soviet, including the advanced AT-14 Kornet; Israeli soldiers found bunkers full of the missiles, recently shipped from Russia, complete with Russian markings and serial numbers positively identifying them. The Katyusha missiles were entirely Soviet, as were Hezbollah's guns and various munitions. And during the war, Soviet Russian-built listening stations in Syria were providing real-time intelligence on intercepted Israeli military radio transmissions, thus guiding Hezbollah forces during every step of the war.
Many of Hezbollah's other missiles were supplied by Red China, including guided Silkworm missiles and medium-range rockets that were used against Israeli civilians; others originated in Communist North Korea. Hezbollah also used numerous cluster bombs against Israel, all supplied by Red China.
Weeks ago, some 550 Soviet Russian troops arrived in Communist Lebanon to personally oversee the expansion and mobilization of forces under the fictitious "Hezbollah" flag, and they're now being joined by many more Russian soldiers. That's in addition to hundreds of troops on site from Red China and Communist Poland. So a Red Army is, in fact, being built in Lebanon using the "Hezbollah" label.
Meanwhile, the same buildup is beginning in the Gaza Strip and has even started to extend to the West Bank. At least 1,300 tons of weapons and explosives, including Soviet Russian guns, ammunition, land mines, Kornet anti-tank missiles, SAM-7 surface-to-air missiles, and longer-range rockets have recently been smuggled through Communist Egypt into the PLO-occupied Gaza. And both the PLO and its Hamas ally are being organized into a highly structured army of tens of thousands, grouped into battalions and divisions. Soviet-supervised Egyptian military officers are on hand personally to train the PLO's forces.
As soon as Israel finishes withdrawing from the West Bank and Gaza, the Communist Bloc will be introducing battle tanks, artillery, attack helicopters, and fighter and bomber aircraft into PLO-occupied territory in preparation for the massive war in the near future. Along with those weapons will come tens of thousands of Soviet Russian, Eastern European, and Red Chinese troops, ostensibly as "peacekeeping forces" and the like.
All this means that the "security wall" is useless. It won't stop the armored divisions of the Red Army when they launch their grand assault, but in the meantime it does prevent Israel from re-entering the West Bank and Gaza to stop terrorist preparations. And its construction is costing Israel some $300 million per year out of its tight defense budget (more than 10 percent of defense expenditures), money that is badly needed for advanced tanks and weapons systems to prepare for the coming Soviet invasion.
Relevant Torah Principles:
1) Jewish Law strictly and absolutely prohibits Jews from surrendering even a single square inch of land from their control at any time. It does not matter whether that land belonged to Israel in ancient times; once it comes under Jewish control, it may never be relinquished. The basis for this halakha (religious rule) has nothing to do with expanding the land of Israel, but rather with preventing a danger to human life, for any territory yielded to enemies or potential enemies becomes a liability in time of war. The Lubavitcher Rebbe spoke out many times, publicly and forcefully, against any surrender of Israeli land, and condemned all those who remain silent on the matter.
2) The traditions of Torah prophecy, found in the Hebrew Scriptures as well as the Talmud, Midrashim, and various rabbinical commentaries, describe a massive War of Gog and Magog the third and final of three world wars that will take place at the time of the Messiah's coming. An international alliance of nations, led by an alien force governing Russia (the land of the "farthest north" from Israel, also referred to as "Magog" in Torah), will attempt to seize control of the entire world, and will then launch an all-out invasion of Israel. Many Jews will be killed and the land will be devastated by the invading armies; half of Jerusalem will fall, while the remaining half of the city will come under siege. Right before the final annihilation of Jerusalem and the Jewish people,
3) Since these are negative prophecies of terrible events, they can be alleviated, but only by people repenting and performing their Torah duties now, before the third world war gets underway.
4) Those gentile nations that join with the armies of Gog and Magog will be judged and destroyed; those who break away and side with the Jewish people will survive.
5) We are now in the final generation of the 2,000-year Exile, and we find ourselves at the very end of that generation, shortly before the War of Gog and Magog and the revelation of the Messiah. This has been almost universally acknowledged by orthodox rabbis in recent times, many on the basis of the fulfillment of the signs and prophecies of Torah traditions. Rabbinical authorities ranging from "modern orthodox" to Hasidic have declared this to be so, and the Lubavitcher Rebbe, who spent four decades forcefully insisting that everyone recognize this reality, pointed out that it is now perfectly obvious to anyone who reads the prophetic traditions. We can thus expect the prophetic events, including the final War of Gog and Magog, to reach their climax within the next three to eight years at most.
The armies of Gog and Magog, comprising the 77 nations of the Communist Bloc, are now fulfilling their prophetic role in history through their subversion of all remaining nations and their preparations for the war of annihilation against Israel. They are ultimately doomed, but in the meantime
A person demonstrates his faith in
But a faithless person will seek refuge in either (a) self-deceptions and false reassurances that all is fine and someone else is taking care of things for us, (b) wicked beliefs that there's nothing we can do about it anyway and that we're not held responsible for the situation, or (c) foolish notions that
The wall is nothing but a trap for Israel. And every one of us, Jewish or gentile, American, Israeli, or in any other nation, is able to take proper action under Torah Law. And therefore we're all being tested right now.
And now for this week's survey question:
|The Spanish government is proposing a phased shutdown of the lavish burial site of Francisco Franco, Spain's former ruler. What should be the Jewish and Hasidic Gentile response to the memory of Franco?
(1) Treat him as a disgraced former dictator and end the honors.

Watch out for the "Noahide Nations"!
For many years, the Communist-front Root & Branch Association (

Billed as "education coordinator" for the "Noahide Nations" project, Ben-Yaacov is actually a (former?) gentile who allegedly converted to Judaism in 1988, the daughter of a Southern Baptist missionary. But her husband participated in phony "Noahide" activities with the subversive Rabbi Meir Kahane, the notorious provocateur who promoted Marxism, sabotaged the Jewish right wing movement, and promoted Soviet and PLO disinformation in the guise of pretending to fight both. Miriam herself divides her time between the

All this leaves little room to imagine that Ben-Yaacov's "conversion" to Judaism was genuine. If you're wise, you won't want to register in her directory or subject yourself to the "Noahide Nations" brainwashing. And you'll avoid Vendyl Jones like the plague, now that he's thoroughly exposed himself as an opportunist looking for money and attention who has never been a true Hasidic Gentile.
(Note: The underground Communist apparatus and its aboveground tentacles are actively engaged in subversion in all sectors and institutions of society today. Its agents would dearly love to know the full extent of our information, which would assist their disinformation efforts. Consequently, we do not divulge all our facts or sources. These profiles are intended only as a warning to the wise to monitor the individuals and groups exposed here, and to avoid their influence.)
THE HALL OF SHAME
Have Some Jewish Leaders Betrayed the Torah?
This week's example:
Rabbi Yosef Eisen, Exec. Rabb. Admin., Vaad HaRabonim of the Five Towns, Cedarhurst, NY
Having received overwhelming support from the Vaad HaRabonim (official council of orthodox rabbis) of the Flatbush area in Brooklyn, we went on to contact a nearby, parallel council in the New York area the one for the "Five Towns" just outside Queens, together with Far Rockaway (at the southern end of Queens). On January 17th, a JAHG-USA volunteer contacted Rabbi Eisen by phone regarding our PLO-defunding Proclamation and asked him to join numerous other rabbis in endorsing the campaign. The rabbi sounded quite enthusiastic, agreeing the JAHG-USA campaign was a good idea, and asked us to fax him a copy for official consideration.
But the next day, when we called him back, we found all his enthusiasm had mysteriously vanished. Now he sounded nervous, and like so many other "refuseniks," grasped at straws for any excuse not to sign that wouldn't sound like the cop-out it really was. Ignoring the numerous, prominent, highly respected rabbinical authorities who had already signed (whose names had impressed Rabbi Eisen the previous day), he now demanded that we first get signatures from heads of yeshivos (Jewish religious schools) but specifically in his immediate area! He had to make that bizarre demand, because the heads of several yeshivos in nearby areas of Brooklyn had already signed, and that would leave him with no excuse whatsoever.
Our volunteer tried to persist, but the rabbi wasn't about to let the discussion go any further, especially if he might run out of excuses. So he made himself sound rushed (as if busy with something else) and wiggled his way off the phone in no time flat.
No doubt the rabbi had spoken with someone else, and the smear campaign of slander against JAHG-USA conducted by a small but vocal minority of subversives, from within the Jewish community, scared the rabbi into believing that (1) the campaign to defund the PLO might never work, and (2) he might embarrass himself by standing up for principle. Those are exactly the types of "arguments" used in the whispering campaign to sabotage PLO defunding efforts.
But fortunately, for every coward like Rabbi Eisen, we're finding two others willing to endorse. Time is on our side.
And you can (and must) help change the minds of people like Rabbi Eisen. Contact us today through the web site below to find out how you can participate in turning the tide more quickly against the PLO. Every day counts.
Summary of PLO-related terror attacks this last week, Wednesday (October 25) through Tuesday (October 31): Aside from the ongoing wave of Kassam missiles, shootings, and stone-throwing attacks, the PLO and its various affiliates aggressively attacked Israeli soldiers, leading to intense gun battles in which dozens of terrorists were injured or killed while few Israelis were. But while
PLO-connected terrorists violently kidnapped an Israeli Arab visiting the Gaza Strip this last week, shooting and injuring his wife in the process. While no group yet took official credit, the fact is that the PLO controls the entire Gaza, so there's no question who did it. At this point, both this Arab civilian, and the Israeli soldier kidnapped months ago, remain in PLO hands somewhere in the Gaza. (Another person, a Spanish foreigner, was also kidnapped in the Gaza, but then released hours later, possibly to prevent foreign backlash).
Elsewhere, hundreds of PLO-organized protestors joined with Israeli and other leftists to attack Israeli police with rocks, injuring two. The Israelis were undoubtedly members of front groups of the Israeli Communist Party (ICP), which works closely with the PLO; the other rioters were described by the media merely as "foreign activists," presumably including members of the International Solidarity Movement (ISM). Based in the U.S., the ISM is a non-Arab Communist front that doesn't even try to hide its Marxism-Leninism, openly advertising its sympathy for Lenin, Che Guevara, and other historical Communist figures while working together with the PLO in trying to prevent Israel from defending itself from terrorism.
The small Islamic Jihad Movement, which receives orders and funding from the PLO, initiated a gunbattle with Israeli soldiers, fired a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) at a bulldozer, and took credit for firing several Kassam missiles at residential areas near the Gaza Strip (two of those missiles damaged buildings with their explosions).
The Palestinian Authority (PA), established and entirely controlled by the PLO, sent several of its terrorist "policemen" to carry out an ambush against Israeli soldiers; the ensuing gun battle left one Israeli injured while the PLO terrorists sustained several casualties.
The PLO again attacked today (Tuesday). A large number of terrorists, including members of the Al-Aqsa Brigades of the PLO's main Fatah group together with members of Hamas (which is funded and controlled by the PLO), ambushed Israeli soldiers who were discovering weapons-smuggling tunnels. An intense battle resulted, but miraculously, no Israelis were hurt (although the PLO terrorists suffered dozens of casualties).
Yet even as the PLO and its allies have been stepping up their terror war against Israelis and Arabs, the George W. Bush Administration has eagerly showered the PLO with enough military assistance to keep the terror wave going. It was just revealed publicly that Bush has not only been sending your tax dollars to the PLO, he's also been arming them with thousands of guns and, for the last month, has quietly been providing military training to the PLO's notorious Force 17, part of the same Fatah that was previously headed by Yassir Arafat and now by the Soviet-trained Mahmoud Abbas. Force 17, responsible for many attacks against Israeli, Arab, and American targets for decades, is openly boasting that the American guns and training are being given directly to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, a parallel unit of the PLO's Fatah group. Already those American guns have been turned on civilians, including against Israelis, and you can be sure they'll end up being used against Americans before long.
Bush isn't the least bit shy about his alliance with PLO terrorists. And you shouldn't be shy about pulling the rug out from under "our" president's treason. Visit our PLO-defunding site, at www.attacreport.com/plo/volunteer.php, to volunteer your time today in this urgent campaign.

AND THE HALL OF FAME
Many Jewish Leaders Are Helping the JAHG-USA Campaign
This week's examples:
Rabbi Avrohom Hazan, Tzeirei Agudas Chabad, Milan, Italy;
Rabbi Menachem Mendel Sarfati, Beth Loubavitch, Poissy, France;
Rabbi Tzvi Stroh, Chabad of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY; and
Rabbi Yitzchok Hecht, Chabad of Ulster County, Kingston, NY
Here are some more rabbis who signed the PLO-defunding Proclamation on the first day of the international convention of Chabad representatives, last November 24th:
Rabbi Hazan apparently serves as head of Chabad-Lubavitch organizations and activities in the Italian city of Milan, home to many Jews, including many non-religious ones. With several Chabad synagogues in the area, his endorsement of the JAHG-USA campaign calling on everyone to participate should carry some weight in his own area, and certainly adds strength to the growing tide of Jewish leaders standing up for this campaign.
Rabbi Sarfati adds a voice of French Jewry to the campaign, his own synagogue being situated near Paris and therefore close to a number of other Chabad houses and other orthodox synagogues. In signing the Proclamation, he also listed himself as being affiliated with the "Association of Cultural Isralight," connected with the Isralight group in Israel that is one of many non-Lubavitch organizations reaching out to non-observant Jews. The rabbi's positive influence for saving lives will certainly affect everyone in both organizations, and well beyond.
Rabbi Stroh runs a Chabad synagogue in Brooklyn, one of many spread throughout that borough and New York City in general. Like his fellow Chabad representatives, he brings the message of Hasidic Judaism to those who know little or nothing about it. And by signing the JAHG-USA Proclamation, he has joined a growing number of those emissaries in announcing every person's responsibility to get involved.
In endorsing the PLO-defunding campaign, Rabbi Hecht became yet another member of the Hecht family or its National Committee for the Furtherance of Jewish Education to break ranks with a couple of leading "refuseniks" and take a stand for the Torah and the message of the Lubavitcher Rebbe. Rabbi Hecht is the son of one of those "refuseniks" at the National Committee, and he runs his own Chabad House in the area of the scenic Catskill Mountains of New York State, hours north of New York City but still in the southern end of the state. So he's accomplishing two major goals with one signature: He includes the obligation of saving lives by preventing terrorism as part of his religious outreach to the many non-observant Jews in his area, and he helps weaken the remaining pockets of opposition to the JAHG-USA campaign.
The day is rapidly approaching when many of the remaining "refuseniks" will repent and get on board.
Letters to the Editor
" I'm curious of whether or not an ethical monotheist must follow all laws of the government even though they may not serve any purpose whatsoever (such as [a law requiring] wearing a purple shirt every day, etc.) I'm curious as to whether or not we must follow a government's law no matter how pointless or tyrannical it may be " JG.
Our response: The commandment of establishing and maintaining justice, one of the Seven basic Noahide Laws, includes a variety of details regarding one's obligation to obey the laws of the government, as well as certain limitations on the authority of government to pass laws.
Even if the government passes a law that Torah says it shouldn't, that doesn't necessarily mean the law itself is illegitimate or can be disobeyed. Even an improper law is usually (not always) still binding on the citizens to obey. The fact that the law is "improper" means only that it should be changed, not that it may be disobeyed in the meantime.
The government is allowed to pass laws that restrict our freedoms under the Noahide Laws (areas not regulated by the Noahide Laws), but cannot legitimately pass laws that permit or require things forbidden under the Noahide Laws. That doesn't mean the government may actually pass any law it wishes, as long as it doesn't interfere with Torah obligations; it just means such laws are legitimate (though not necessarily proper) and cannot be violated. Government should pass those laws which assist and promote the underlying mission of Torah and the Noahide Laws, including assisting Jews with the Jewish Laws, and should not pass laws for any other ulterior purpose.
Any law of government that directly violates the Noahide Laws (or Jewish Law, in the case of Jews), or which interferes with their observance, is not only improper, but illegitimate, and must be disregarded. If a law ordered people to participate in murder (such as actively assisting abortions or a Holocaust), for example, or to engage in a forbidden sexual act, or to worship an idol or false god, then the citizens are required to obey the higher Law of
[However, rabbinical opinions seem to hold that a gentile would be allowed to break Noahide Laws if he is threatened with death with the probable exception of murder (i.e., that he must refuse to participate in murder, even at the risk of being killed himself). It has also been suggested that a gentile might be required to sacrifice his life rather than worship a false god in public, but this is debated.]
But if a law is merely improper without directly interfering with one's obligations under the higher Law of
The rules and principles defining what laws are proper, or that govern the distinction between improper and illegitimate laws, are complex and vary depending on circumstances. That's a major reason we analyze various issues in this newsletter, to break things down according to the correct facts of the situation and the requirements of halakha (religious Torah Law). A misunderstanding of either the facts or the halakha can lead to disastrously wrong conclusions.
We encourage readers to send us questions regarding specific issues and questions. That gives us an opportunity to dissect the issues and uncover the answers, an important part of delving into Torah.
Do you know any eligible women looking to become married?
JAHG-USA has an excess of eligible men, both Jewish (Hasidic) and non-Jewish (Hasidic Gentile, not Christian or secular). We're in our mid-30s to early 40s, looking for activism-inclined women who loathe subversives and share our passion for defeating Amalek and transforming the world (or who are at least interested in learning more about crazy zealots like us!).
I, your intrepid editor, am one of the eligible parties.
If you know any eligible women, Jewish or non-Jewish, who find the contents of this newsletter (and the ATTAC Report) more fascinating than horrifying, and who don't mind living a religious life (Jewish or Noahide, as the case may be), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
